Reservations

In order to guarantee your room reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of your stay is taken at time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not take personal checks.

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is subject to a $20 per person per night surcharge.

Guests must be 21+ to reserve a room at The Village Inn. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent at all times while on property.
Cancellations

Reservations cancelled within 14-days of your scheduled arrival are subject to penalty charge equal to 50% of the stay.

Reservations cancelled within 48-hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to the entirety of the stay.

Penalties and fees are waived if the room is able to be re-booked.
Arrival + Departure

Check-In is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Check-Out time by 11:00 am.

We are happy to accommodate later arrivals, however please let us know at least 24-hours in advance.

While we can't accommodate late departures, our guests are welcome to use our guest bathrooms to freshen up prior to departure.
HouseKeeping

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and attention to detail. All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned before arrival and surfaces are sanitized between guests.

Due to COVID-19, we have suspended daily housekeeping services and we will only enter occupied guest rooms by special request. Clean linens and toiletries will be provided to guests staying for multiple nights.
Smoking + Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property that occur during their stay. This includes damages from person(s) visiting or staying with guests, as well as their pets. Fees for such damages will be charged to the card on file.

We do not permit smoking in guestrooms, inside the building, near/around exterior common areas, by our entrances, or by our gathering spaces.

If any guest is suspected of smoking on premises, a minimum of $100 cleaning fee will be applied to the room. Additional charges for damages may be incurred.

Lost Keys are subject to a $25 replacement fee.
Pet POlicy
Though we are happy to host (well behaved) furry friends, we have a pet fee of $50 for Standard Rooms and $100 for the Farmhouse and Studio to account for the additional cleaning associated with your dog's stay. Please be aware of our Pet Policy:

Pets cannot be left unattended in the Inn.

You are liable for all damages to the property and for any incidents involving other guests.

We do not permit dogs that bark excessively or are aggressive towards strangers or other dogs! We ask that you be considerate of our guests and our historic home!

Please be respectful and pick up after your furry friend.

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation with a pet at any time.
One Night Stay Fee
During certain busy or high-demand periods, The Village Inn does have a 2-night booking minimum. In certain instances we are able to accommodate a 1-night stay, however there is a surcharge of $25.00 for single-night stays during peak seasons.
Room Switch Fee
To accommodate the extra cleaning needed, a cleaning fee of $25 will be added when a guest changes rooms mid-stay.

Jacuzzi Policy
AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FOR USE OF THE JACUZZI AT THE VILLAGE INN: The Village Inn Jacuzzi is permitted for use by guests 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to use the jacuzzi. The guest agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises. The Guest further agrees that all individuals using the jacuzzi will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub. Furthermore, agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the jacuzzi. Consumption of alcoholic beverages during use of the Jacuzzi is prohibited. Our jacuzzi is inspected daily and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the guest may be charged a damages fee. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. The Guest agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. The Guest authorizes The Village Inn to charge the credit card on file for any of the above charges (no checks accepted for damages to tub or tub cover). The Guest further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Village Inn and it’s owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with their use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage. The agreement and release is hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the hotel guest and The Village Inn in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal. By renting a room at The Village Inn, the guest acknowledges and represents that (s)he has read the terms hereof and understands the legal effect of his/her signature.
JACUZZI GUIDELINES: ▪ YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. ▪ PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART DISEASE, DIABETES OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS AND ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S PERMISSION. ▪ WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. In the event that you allow a minor to use the JACUZZI, they must BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ▪ HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES. ▪ NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE. ▪ LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES.
